The world is nice right now.
The clouds are gathered into a large grey blanket, slowly rolling across the sky. It seems to make the other people grumpy but I like it. The blanket makes the light softer, and everything is easier to look at. Especially tall things, like the trees.
Trees are strange. I was looking at one today and noticed it was actually made of smaller trees! The main tree branches off into smaller trees, which in turn are made of even smaller trees, all the way down to trees so small I can’t see them. When the trees move, all the little parts shift around each other, and bits of light shine through the cracks as they move and create the most intricate patterns. I love watching the trees move.
That’s all I’ve learned so far.
